TP7 Fire Rated Steel Door is designed to provide certified fire protection and enhance building safety in commercial and industrial environments.
Manufactured from Zinc Electro Galvanized Steel and tested under international fire standards including BS 476 and BS EN 1634-1, this door is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 1,000°C for up to 4 hours.
With a total door thickness of 47 mm, TP7 is suitable for fire escape routes, equipment rooms, and areas requiring high fire resistance performance and safety compliance.
Features & Door Structure
• Door Leaf: Made from Zinc Electro Galvanized Steel, 1.6 mm thickness, total thickness 47 mm
• Core / Inside Door: Filled with Rockwool insulation density 110 kg/m³, fire resistance up to 1,000°C for 4 hours
• Frame: Zinc Electro Galvanized Steel 1.6 mm thickness, standard size 2” x 4”, sealed with smoke-proof rubber on all four sides
• Surface Finish: Spray painted with Jotun’s Polyester Powder Coating, heat-cured for rust protection and long-term durability

TP8 Fire Rated Door with Wire Glass is designed to provide certified fire protection while allowing visibility and light transmission in safety-critical areas.
Manufactured from Zinc Electro Galvanized Steel and tested under BS 476 fire standard, this model is capable of withstanding fire exposure for up to 2 hours.
With integrated wire glass panel, TP8 is suitable for locations that require both fire resistance and visual monitoring.
